Ht. 5 4, Wt. 170 - hey guys wut's up im kinda upset with myself right now. i'm the biggest i have ever been i would like to loss weight and i willing for it to take awile i did weight watchers not to long ago and lost 20 pounds but gained it back i wanted to know if anyone had any other diets for me to try i would appreicate any help. thanks

just eat smaller portions, healthier meals a variety of foods! and drink lots of water and do exercise (Cardio is the best) to keep your heart rate up...you've heard others say this I bet...just eat right and exercise and hey,IT ACTUALLY WORKS. GOOD LUCK!!!
