Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I was wondering are Recess Puffs cereal good? because on the box it says it's General Mills (which is the same company for Cheerios and other good stuff) and it says WHOLE GRAIN real big on it. I know it's chocolate but recess the chocolate itself is known to be better than most other choc's except for dove dark chocolate which is tastyy. lol ok well is the cereal alright? or no?

never heard of Trader Joes...lol yeah I saw the sugar was like 29 grams that's why I wanted to make sure on this board if it was good or not because the "whole grain' just through me off. I always eat Honey nut Cheerios :)

no, do not eat those kinda of sugary cereals. even though it says it's whole grain look at the nutrition label. recess puffs are full of sugar. there are lots of whole grain cereals out there that aren't nasty tasting and still don't have so much sugar in them (they have some at Trader Joes if you have that near you).
