Ht. 5'4", Wt. 1** - i want o dorp 15 in 3M how can i do this like what food for each meal? help plz

here is what works for me for break fast have a peice of fruit and a piese of wheat tost withcream cheese or out meal an fruit or 1egg cooked with oil not butter and fruit
stay away from bacon and doughnuts and juice drink water or milk (more water then milk)
for lunch have
1. half a turky sandwitch on wheat bread with letuce no mayo and a veggie carrots,celery, cuecubers ect? water bodle
2. bring letuce and a litle dressing in tupawear and make a sald
lots of fruit and veggie
ps.the 100 calrie packs of food are great
diner try for salds and lean fat meat
small deserts or none
no sada and only a very little amount of juice
exersize around 1 hour a day somthing that gets your heART PUMPING
