Ht. 5'7, Wt. ?? - we have an elliptical and it's supossed to be a really good workout but every time i do it i get really bored and go to slow because im bored. i usually don't even break a sweat. does anyone have any ideas to make it funner and more of a workout? thanx
Reply from Shan, Age 19 - 05/22/06 - IP#: 24.201.88.xxx ya like for example, how about on nice days you go for a long bike ride or run and look at all the nice trees and stuff and then on ugly days you can do that and the variety will make it less tedious. Or iknstead of setting a huge time for it, do it only for like 20mins but move faster, and then go play a sport.
