Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180ish - Heyy, ok so i've heard of those 100 calorie packs on here and other places, anyone know where i can try buying them OR other low calorie snacks i can get,,P.S I live in canada so that might make a difference:P Thanks guyss:)

it's ironic that you mentioned those becasue I just heard about them today and decided to try them. I think any big grocery chain sells them. P.S. I love how canadians talk. I might want to be a linguistic major in college.

most of us up here are trying to lose the weight but i have some tips i got off of a page from someone because i am trying too 1- Start small.
2- Stop eating if you're full.
3- Eat less BUT more often.
4- 5-a-day keeps pounds away.
5- Don't banish foods.
6- Watch your drinks.
7- Get moving.
8- Set a goal.
9- Forgive yourself.
10- Great tips.
