Ht. 5'7, Wt. ?? - hey, does anyone have and excercises that help get rid of love handles? becuase i have them and want to wear a swimsuit this summer and look good in it. -thanks
Reply from Samantha, Age 17 - 05/24/06 - IP#: 24.61.182.xxx um... all I know is that I went to my sister's Color Gaurd practice once and for warm ups we sat on the ground and took our left hand and reached it over our head towards our right, put the hand down and then reached over our head with out right hand toward the left and let me tell you, I FELT THOSE MUSCLES THE NEXT DAY, lol. So it must have been working on that area.
