Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Now that schools out i eat way to much! How does everyone stop themselves from eating! i always have food in my mouth and hate it! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO i keep eating and never get full. I've also decided to workout for 1 hour and a half each day. How much could i lose by June 11th if I start to eat healthy and small and do 1 hour and a half of activity a day?

Go to the library and get a book (a good book!) that you will get into and not think about anything but the story inside the book. lol I'm a book maniac so it works great for me. Try it! :)

And then, if it's not a time you should be eating, do something on your list. Remember to include small jobs and fun things so it doesnt feel like you worked all day.
Reply from Shan, Age 19 - 05/24/06 - IP#: 132.206.210.xxx Make a list of things you like to do. When you go eat, know what you're gonna do when you're done eating and go do that right away. Also, try something new, like get a guitar or another hobbie. and writing in a journal is great too.
