Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Hey you guys......my mom is on this sight with me and says the most important things are to eat healthy and exercise. Don't eliminate any one single food group, but eat healthy portions of each one. Believe it or not, your body does need some fat, but on very small amounts. If you cheat or do badly one day, don't beat yourself up-no one is perfect. But don't let that be an excuse. Get yourself together and work a little harder to stay on track. Oh, also get someone to be a support partner to help you. Good luck!!! :^)
