Ht. 6'0, Wt. 202.5 - ugh!...a 14 year old should not have this much stress! between school,friends,family,volleybalL,meetings,almost failing school,studying for final exams i HAVE to pass,eating,and dieting! im going crazy! usually stress makes you wanna eat but i dont im never hungry...ive felt like crap this whole week but still managed to excercize and suff ahh! i cant take this ne more! am i the only one who feels like this right now? jeeze BYE

sweetie your NOT the only one! of course for me school is out and i dont have to worry about tht but i have to raise $2,000 in a year, swi for swim team, keep up my indurance, and organize things for my church! on top of that i want to lose 30 pounds before school starts! you'll get through it! i SWEAR!! besides if you pray to god abouut this he can help you and take some of that weight off(litterally and emotional pressure) it WILLL get better for you

yeah i eat alot even when im not hungary but the best thing to eat is plety of raw vegies and some fruit i have learnt this through my girlfriends cronick eating habits that just about all she eats(she's got e'd s4 which means eating disorder but not to the point where she looks gross YET it could reach stage 1 soon) so dont worry just do yourself a food diary of what you eat and then you'll see what you have eatin and can ask your family member to go and buy helth food (but dont throw away the junk food i want some lol)
