Reply from Shan, Age 19 - 05/26/06 - IP#: 132.216.93.xxx What works for me is accepting the fact that I will eat badly sometimes, so when i do it I realize that no one (literally) ever sticks to a diet 100%. As long as at the end of the week you look back and see you ate mostly healthy all week it's fine. You're human and we all have cravings so don't be so hard on yourself:)
