Ok, 1,200 calories is too little if you excersize. Try 1,600 at least and that is if you don't excersize a lot. If you do excersize, try 1,800. This should have you losing body fat in no time flat.

If you wanna lose the fat on your body, then the fastest is to eat 1200 calories and exersize a lot and you'll lose like 2lbs/week. If u wanna lose muscle and water, and gain fat back quickly, then eat less and you'll lose even more then that.
