Ht. 4'11", Wt. 146 - This is so hard! I had a 123 inch hoagie today, along with a chocolate bar, and we're getting pizza tonight! The only thing i'm doing right is drinking no soda! Tips will help.

Self control is key to success. Just because pizza is ordered doesnt mean you need to eat a lot. Eat one slice, or eat something else. And work harder tomorrow.

Well, if you are serious about losing weight you should eat about one slice of pizza if you eat two, half of a hoagie, half of really anything that is considered "junk" or "comfort" foods. Then double your intake of fruits, veggies, and LEAN protien. I can't stress LEAN protien enough because some meat is fattening and stuff. Be sure to eat about 1,600 cals. if you do not workout a lot, and 2,000 if you do. And those girls were just over reacting about the whole *Master John* thing. If you really want to lose weight, you have to be determined and be able to resist those foods. If you're serious about this then that pizza will mean nothing to you, Mr! lol Good Luck:)
