Ht. 5'8, Wt. 185 lost:50 - I am in such a good mood I just found out today I lost a total of 50 pounds!I have been doing 4-6 miles of jogging for the fast 5 months and each month I lose 10 pounds.All I have to say is don't give up in the end it will pay off.
