Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - I've finally gotten all my food to start my new plan. BREAKFAST- Slimfast Shake w/ an orange. LUNCH- Salad w/ a piece of fruit. DINNER-BOCA Veggie Burger on a bun and a salad. ALL WATER and nothing but working out to burn intense calories. My dad thinks I can lose up to 4-5 pounds a week so i'm definately going to try. School is almost out and I have nothing but time :) HOW DOES THIS SOUND..REPLYS ARE NICE BUT im gonna have to stick to this, all the food is bought lol!?

Sorry, I thought it said your weight was 180. At 255, its possible to lose more than 2 pounds a week for the starting weeks. My bad. Good luck!

ok four pounds a week is not bad how ever made that comment earlier. If you are losing weight the HEALTHY way you should be fine no matter how much you lose per week. The first few weeks you will lose alot then after that, the pounds will shed slower, then you may gain weight just because of muscle which is really good. Good luck!

4 pounds a week is EXTREMELY unhealthy. Experts no more than 2 pounds a week (except for the first week) is healthy.
