Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - I have realized that everyone has a problem area on the stomach. But mine is my butt and thighs pleaze i need excersizes to burn those areas and try to lose more weight.
Reply from Lizzy, Age 14 - 05/27/06 - IP#: 70.237.215.xxx those are my problem reas too. i recommend doing squats while holding weights and butt- ups (google it). those are tworeally good ones. if you google excercises for butt and thighs im sure you'll find something. also, do alot of cardio, like 1 hour every day, 5-7 days a week.
