Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - Over the past week and a half I've done pretty bad on my diet, because I graduated last week so there was alot of going out to eat and cake and junk food. I know this weekend is going to be insane too, cause I have a friends open house to go to, and I'm spending the night there, and there's going to be cake, haha! Usually when I spend the night at somebody's house I don't eat too much and will lose weight, but with cake and junk it might be hard... also with Memorial Day monday... how do I work around this????

.. disregard that comment above u but bring some from fruit as a substitue (apple or grapes etc) well what i can say is make your self a healthy fruit salad u know, there are other options than eating cake i mean u can eat cake but just dont go overboard with it ok
