Ht. 5'7, Wt. 260 - hey hey. okay so i've been through the whole diet thing and actually coming up with ideas but never sticking to them, well yesterday was a very inspirational day and i think it's time. my new diet starts tomorrow (monday) and i'm excited :)umm i go to the beach June 17th and i wanted to lose 8 lbs by then ya think?! i hope :) well lots of love & luck. lemme know whatcha think?! can i do it after so many failed attempts?! :/

I'm trying to lose the last 15 lbs that I need to lose, and perhaps I can try to lose 8 of those by June 17th as well. I'd definitely recommend walking. I try to get in 2 miles a day; now, most of the time that doesn't happe, and usually I only get in about 2 miles a few times a week, which isn't so bad I guess. Anyways, be sure to drink a bunch of water as well. For treats and snacks, I recommend popsicles or low fat ice cream. Anyways, best of luck to ya, and I'm sure you can do it. :)
