Ht. 5'5, Wt. 136 - i dont know if its just me or if other people have a similar problem...do any of you try really hard to lose weight and then when you get to where you want to be, start to let yourself off the plan little by little until all the weight ends up coming back? im so bad for this and it drives me crazy, like last month i was 125 and now im creeping back up but i feel like i just cant be bothered to put in the effort to get back down which is a shame because its summer soon and everyones wearing swim suits and little shorts. Oh well. i guess thats the wrong attitude :S...good luck everyone!! and down let other people calling you names EVER put you down!!

It might not exactly be that your plan was too strict, but you might have to try and stick to some of it. I agree with what someone said about weight loss is a lifestyle change. I don't think you can develop healthy habits and then go back to your old ways. You can let yourself slip once in a while, eat some junk food or whatever, but you can't fall off the wagon and stay there. Anyways, don't worry about it. You seem like are at a pretty healthy weight for your height.

That means your plan was too strict. The point of a diet is to be a lifestyle change, not something just to drop pounds. Thats why diets fail.
