Ht. 5'5, Wt. a bit too much - Hey guys; I've run into a bit of some trouble for today. Usually today is my Subway day; anyways we didn't get to go, and so I had a SmartOnes meal for lunch, 260 calories. I had a bowl of Honeynut Cheerios for breakfast which was about 160 calories. Anyways, I've mostly been chugging down water to try and keep off any pangs of hunger. My dad told me that he wanted to take us to Pizza Hut later one, and so I'm a bit scared that I might go on a pizza eating spree. (Pizza is a weakness of mine!) I'm thinking maybe I might stick with salads and a piece of pizza or something? :/ It's easier said than done though. Hopefully we get in a walk later on today, so I won't feel too bad. This really gives me a taste of what summer will be like though. At school, atleast I have some control over when I can eat and what I can eat. Summertime, usually I'm in charge.

I work at Pizza hut...so when you go just ask for a thin. They have way less fat because there's less dough and we don't use very much oil like the other pizza's then just don't get any pepperoni & pick healthy toppings. Thats only if you HAVE to eat pizza it's not a bad option.

ahhh Pizza! that's everyones weakness. Hmm they must have some low fat ones? lol like with vegatable toppings or something? skim milk cheese? I dunno. It's alright to have one I guess and cheese isn't all that bad as people say. It actually has some nutrients in it you know but it's good not to pig out so watch out with the pizza...they can be real *astards of temptation. loll ;)
