Ht. 5'2, Wt. 154.4 Goal: 100 - is it better to run 1 or 2 miles in one setting or 1/2 totaling 2 miles in a couple diffrent settings?

um... run like 2 miles in the morining and then in the evening run maybe 1-3 miles so you can wake up and then cool off while burning food! (umm..hun your goal is kinda well nasty looking! i weigh 160 and im 5'5 and my goal is to lose 30 lbs. your goal is kinda bad you dont wanna look anerexic! now do ya!?:)

In the end you are running the same amount of distance and time. There are pros and cons to both. All in one requires elevated endurance and will keep your heart pumping the whole time. Breaking it up on the other hand makes it easier to complete the whole thing without getting too tired. You decide. I think they are probably both fine.
