Ht. 5ft8, Wt. 243 - okay so now it's summer.. almost June. and im ready to make a change.. so far i have ate a bowl of cinamon toast crunch.. im trying to lose wieght.. but all i do is sit infront of the computer alll day.. i used to be active.. like 2 years ago.. i was a complete athlete but now im like addicted to the ocmputer.. and i eat nonstop.. i TRY to work out but i can't im just not motivated.. please help!

I wanna go on the computer" I ued to play soccer and run but i became unmotivated. wat i do to bust this habit: close your eyes, picture the nicest outfit you ever saw and picture yourself in it looking really good and feeling really good and healthy about yurself - hope i helped!!! -Lucy
