Ht. 5'1, Wt. 157 - Hey!!
I have like a huge problem with my weight, its not bad enough that im short and overweight but the way my body stores the fat is horrible!! I have healthy muscular legs and its like all my fat is stored in my belly!! and if thats not bad enough my fat buldges not like in front of my body it buldges on the sides AND ( yes theres an and) like the fat on the left side is shaped different than on the right side and its hugely noticable! and like i've been teased SO much in my life and im just sick of being overweight and i jut wanna be healthy, but its like i start a diet loose like 3 pounds and if im not satisfied with how i look i think "whats the use? im never gonna get smaller!" and i binge eat! and its soo fustrating becuz like the next day im like all sad and stuff! pls someone give me some advice!!

It takes more than 3 pounds to look different!! My mom has this saying that you never notice a change in your body until it reaches a certain level. She said I wouldnt notice my weight loss until a certain number of pounds was off and then it would be "wow! I look good!" Well I didnt hit that until I was 20 pounds lighter. Find something easy to follow for a diet and excersize plan. if you like to eat a lot, find lower cal and fat things to eat a lot like fruit or organic cheeses. It'll work. I have faith in you hun.
