Ht. 5'7, Wt. 260.5 - no more jokes no more lies... it's TIME! i've been trying for so long, and now i'm going to do it! I have over 100lbs to lose, is it possible? well like tomorrow i am gonna start walking like 2-5 miles a day for the next two weeks to see how that goes, and i am actually gonna use some of the slim-fast shakes n bars SOON. ooh and then i have yogurt and of course salad and how could i forget WATER!! ohhh and kool aid. i mean it doesnt have as much sugar as you think! and im not gonna straight up say how many calories im gonna try to aim for butyeahh. like exercise wise for now just wakling n maybe sit-ups.. its a start! 8 lbs by june 17th ya think?! oooh and like im going to start a journal with my foods, already have inspiration! so im excited!! is it gonna work?! HELP ME OUT HERE, I NEED YALL. I CAN'T DO IT ALONE! i've failed too many times trying! i've got a lot to lose here!

Avoid kool-aid and slim fast. nutritionists warn against them because they are very high in sugar. Also, I know this is really lame, but artificial sweetners have been proven to lead to some cancers. Excersize looks good, but try organic foods. You have natural sugars and grains, and they actually taste really really good. My new favorite meals include egg whites and veggie burgers and organic string cheese for snack. You can do it, just cut your calories little by little and you will see results. Dont go below 1200 calories though =D
