Ht. ??, Wt. overweight - hey guys..i need motivation!!im feeling so down..
i was supposed to start my diet today..but i just couldnt help myself from eating all kind of junk foods!! its just that there are so many good stuffs at home..all kind of snacks..chocolate..fries...
i cant help myself from eating..
what must i do???

I'm sorry you didn't do so well : ( but never let what happened get you down! You admitted you made a mistake, so the next day start fresh. If possible try to get rid of tempting foods. Drink lots and lots of water. when you're about to reach for a chip or fry, try stopping for a sec. take a big gulp of water and then ask yourself if you really want to feel as bad as you did the day before, when you kept snacking. If you deeply and truly say it's okay to eat that fri, then go ahead. but if you want to lose weight and feel good and stay on track, try reaching for some veggies or fruit. i know personally that a diet soda or low cal drink can really help when i'm having a rough time trying not to indulge on everything thats not nailed to the table. whew! that was long! well i hope i helped you in someway : ) good luck and god bless!

Get rid of those foods, or put them in places you cant reach without a chair.
