Ht. 6'0, Wt. 193 - ok...so last day of school was today and i weighed myself and i weigh 193! on both of my scales! and i weighed myself in the morning so it couldnt be water weight but yeah i was like amazed thats over 25 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks!i havent been under 200 in like 3 years! so tomorrow starts the second part of my diet which is excerciseing for about 3-4 hours a day which is swimming,tubeing,skiing,running,walking and volleyball! Hows it sound? HAPPY SUMMER EVERYONE!haha BYE!

Wow, congrats! That sounds like alot of exercise, but if it's just fun stuff like sports and games, then it's fine. Just remember to enjoy it and don't make it too much like exercise, or it may not be as fun...
