Ht. 5'3, Wt. 149 - Heyy. Um, Im just looking for advice about what kind of diet I should go on. Im looking to lose two pounds a week...Should I do no carbs, cut specifics foods, or what? Let me know what you think :)

HI THERE TOMIKI! :-D lol. Yes, these fine people are giving you good advice. I was also thinking the other day,... we should try meditating to get in touch with our bodies so we know when it's saying "I'm hungry" as opposed to "I'm bored." lol.

Carbs are good for you. eat everything in moderation.

Don't go on any fad diets. Just eat well and exercise! Try to eat a variety of foods ...whole grains, meats, fruits and vegtables. Watch your portion size, eat in moderation and be active! and that's really just what it comes down to...the 2 basic things; EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE!...it's working for me so it will work for you too. hey if u wanna lose weight ummm then u should try to cut all of your food that u eat in half and then just have small healthy snacks in between! u should lose weight in no time the only hard thing is learning how to do it with out eating anything else but hey if u wanna eat the whole meal then eat something healthy like a salad or a fruit bowl with soe yougurt.
