Ht. 6'0, Wt. 190 - I heard the weight you should go by is that for 5 feet you should be at 100 pounds and then weigh 5 pounds more for every inch after that. But, stay in the vicinity of 10 pounds of that. So I need to lose 30 pounds!

I don't really agree with that theory. Some people that are 5ft can weigh more than that and still look fit. It all depends on if that weight is coming more from muscle or from fat.

I don't think that info should be presented that way. Yes, 100 lbs is within the healthy weight range for someone 5 feet tall but that range is from 98-135lbs. So you can weigh 135 and still be healthy and look good.

i do not believe that works for someone of your height. i think that rule only applies to people who are 1-7 inches higher than 5 feet
