Ht. 6'0, Wt. 190 - I heard the weight you should go by is that for 5 feet you should be at 100 pounds and then weigh 5 pounds more for every inch after that. But, stay in the vicinity of 10 pounds of that. So I need to lose 30 pounds!

Reply from Samantha, Age 17 - 06/02/06 - IP#: 216.107.210.xxx I don't think that info should be presented that way. Yes, 100 lbs is within the healthy weight range for someone 5 feet tall but that range is from 98-135lbs. So you can weigh 135 and still be healthy and look good.
