Ht. 5'4, Wt. 137 - today i ate a handle full of white chocolate covered raisens ,ate 8 thin slices of meat , a peanut butter sandwich, and i drank a gatorade, rootbeer, and a diet soda
how did i do bad i know i had a full day workout so i hope i made up for it

if you ABSOLUTLY must have chocolate, steer clear of white chocolate. White and milk chocolate is bad for you. Dark chocolate is pretty good for you, if eaten occasionally.

It is so hard to get into healthy eating habits. But, from experience, a great way to start is to cut out sodas, high-frustose sugary juices and other drinks that may be harmful. Just cutting out those unhealthy drinks can make a significant difference in the way you look, and more importantly, the way you feel. Give it a try. If it's too hard, don't cut them out completely at first, but limit yourself to one unhealthy drink a day. It also becomes easier as you go a long! :]
