Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Tomorrow is my weigh-in day. I'm nervous because once again I only worked out once this week. I have been drinking loads of water so I hope it made a difference. I lost three pounds last week that way ::knock on wood:: My dad is out of town for an entire month, so I would love to surprise him when he gets back and be another 6 or 7 pounds thinner =D

Good luck! Amd remember, if you dont lose the weight this week-there is always next week! Also, I would try to do more workouts during the week. If you are just to busy, try being more active instead. AKA: No being a couch potatoe. **smiles** Good luck!!
