Ht. 6'0, Wt. 183 - I've gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks (since school got out). I think it's because I've just been sitting at home and eating (junk food). I pretty much live off of sweets and fried foods. I don't do exercise either. What's a good start for me?

I think you know how to start, based on the negative things you told us: less of the junk, more excersize.

its perfectly ok thats how i am at the ending of scoolo im so exhausted that i lay around for a week and marvel at my new found freedom and thne i get over it and go to work i walk alot a drink alot of water try to order only salads when i go to resturants and try in stay outside all day

School is over. This should give you more time to excerise! Summer is the the time where you should really be commited to your diet because there is so much spare time to get things done. Eat lots of small meals a day of whole grains, fruits, vegatables and meat and EXERCISE! that's essential of course, you know that...even if you just take a walk or something. Get active and eat right and you will find results. :)
