Ht. 5'2, Wt. 151 - ok on sayurday is my freeday. i can do what every i want im never busy. so i tend to eat. i try not to drink anything outher than water. but is it ok to have a free day like every saturday and eat and drink what ever then back to stick dieting

Ok, I think that you should on your free day. Eat like one or two things that are a little higher cal. then what you eat during the rest of the week so that way you won't repeat of you rest day on the rest of your week, I know because I've done it too.

Thats what I do. On my weigh in days, as long as I lost at least 2 pounds I let myself have a cheat day. I normally sleep until noon on saturdays, so i eat lunch and dinner. Since I went veggie, my cheat days are basically my meat eating days with some organic soy ice cream.

I think it is okay to have a free day, in moderation. Try not to get too carried away, and I'd still say it is best to stick with water and low calorie drinks. Try to just stick with one food each Saturday, like a small treat like a cookie or something. I don't think it'll hurt you too much if you have a meal that isn't that healthy though. Or, if it bothers you, you could try every other Saturday.

i think so but as log as you dont go tooo crazy wih what you eat and drink alot water
