Cut sweets out, it is hard but, it WILL help---try suger-free apple sauce, fruits(not canned), carrots, low-fat meats (fish is good),suger-free cereal (I am lactose-intalarute and I you lactose-free milk low-fat or fat-free and it doesn't taste that bad once you get used to it, thought I've haven't had milk before since I was a infant sooo I don't know how real cow's milk tastes. LOL!). Good luck!

You just got to be really dedicated, motivated, and have lots of faith. :) Believe in yourself, and you can accomplish anything. It's been a help for me to set my goal in small increments. Just start with wanting to lose 5 lbs, 10 lbs, or 15 lbs. Drink lots of water, and I personally recommend green tea. Next, cut out the junk food. I know it is really really difficult at first, but try replacing junk food with low calorie snacks. I personally like sugar free jello (only 5 calories!) and applesauce (45 calories). Fruit and veggies are good as well. Also, for lunch try turkey breast (the kind I have is 60 calories for 4 slices) on wheat bread or you could have those frozen meals that are only 310 calories a piece. My advice is just to watch calorie intake. They say you should always get in 1200 calories per day. As for exercise, just get moving. :) I try to get in 2 miles each and everyday. Usually that doesn't happen, and I only get in 2 miles 3 or 4 times a week, but that helps as well. Get in some other hobbies as well so your mind will be off eating, or get in some physical hobbies such as gardening. Anyways, just make small lifestyle changes. If you need any more advice, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck :)
