I'd start walking if you don't have a treadmill or extercise m. But, start slowly and do it before you eat. Walk around your block with your family or friends and just work from there like if you walk around your block for a week, maybe the next week you can walk a little further and so on and so forth. hi Sheina =) well i'll try to help you out by telling you waht i did. first of all cut down your meal sizes instead of having one helping of potatoes have one. next try to eat grilled meat, macdonalds and wendy's dont count lol, eat veggies if your a snacker like me celery or carrots usually do cause they have the same kind of crunch as chips! work out since its summer go to a pool and do some laps unless you have your own pool do about 6-8 laps depending on the size of the pool and dont hesitate to take a break. sit-ups are excellent for flatining a big stomache (which i had),running is good, umm, any form of excercise tredmill or an oliptical. i hope i helped u a bit =)
