Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - Today I ate....
1/4 of a cup of yogurt
half a tuna sandwich
A few baby carrots
2 cups of Special K
A Yogurt bar
A cheese string
A plum
this came to about 800 cals..how'd I do? plus im gonna do 100 situps, 20 squats and 20 lunges.GOOD?
