Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145lbs? goal:125lbs - I have never been this over-wieght before. I am ashamed to look in the mirror at myself. When junk food (candy, ice cream, soda, etc.) is in the house I can't keep myself from eating it. What healthy foods do you try to eat to stay healthy and not gain wieght? I like fruits and salads but, I have problems with other stuff like---frozen veggies, plain cereal, etc. I'm basicly a picky eater. Anybody have a way the broke themselves from that? I have a hard time with anything not sweetened. Please help me!

Well it all comes down to: do you eat to live, or do you live to eat? Food is merely for survival. Yes, junk tastes good, but would you rather enjoy fatty foods and live a shorter of life and be overweight, or eat healthier foods and live a long, slender life?
