Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey everyone. I need some help, because I will be going on a cruise on June 11th for a week with my friend. And of course everyone knows of all the fatty foods but i cannot eat healthy because all of my friends will think i will be all obssesed with my weight if i eat only healthy. So i think i will just let myself go but don't get stuffed.They also have a gym even though your supposed to be like 16 i still go in it. So i think ill work out for about an hour a day. And also me and my friend promised to layout like everyday for 30min or more and that burns cals cause you sweat right? Please if u have any suggestions on what i should do say them.

Hey if your friends think your obsessed let them think that!!! Its ok believe me! Been there done that. Just eat the foods that make you feel good even if you eat the same fatty food just watch how much your eating your still putting nasty toxins in your body>..YUCK so while you eat healthy and your friends eat fatty stuff you can smile and be proud!!!
