Ht. 5'7, Wt. 158 - so today i was up at the gym, and i did 35 minutes on a elliptical, 20 minutes on teh tredmill, did 15 minutes on the stepper then went back and did 15 minutes on the elliptical again. do u guys think im overdoing it? like.. is it unhealthy to do that much cardio for one day?

Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 06/05/06 - IP#: 69.34.112.xxx NO keep up the good work as long as you can still walk without feeling like your gonna keel over I think its ok Ive done so much that the next day if I moved I would have tears rolling down my face so just be careful and dont over do it to the extent of hurting yourself the way I did its not fun believe me
