Do all the exercise you usually do just add 5 or 10 minutes to each and make sure you are doing portion control, not over eating and only rewarding yourself with healthy snacks like apples and grapes but dont pig out on them believe it or not healthy foods can make you fat if you over eat...Not to scare you even if you do over eat on healthy food thats healthier than filling up on COkes and burgers...Oh drink lots and lots of water if you gain a little weight its ok its water weight you lose that when you pee!!! lol!!! Also drink juice
