Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - LOSE 52 LBS IN 2 MONTHS. READ THIS.
I went to my doctors..he said it's possible and healthy for all body types. Now I'll tell you what you should eat, btw when he told me this I was like what? bacon? thats so fatty! but it's all the food that your eating that the grapefruit is gonna burn. K listen.

well on this diet you have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner no exceptions the grapefruit has to be unsweetened
~BREAKFAST-2 EGGS 2 PICES OF BACON and 1/2 grapfruit or grapefruit juice
~LUNCH-MEAT ANY STYLE AND AMOUNT SALAD WITH ANY DRESSING 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT OR JUICE
~DINNER-MEAT ANY STYLE ANY AMOUNT (MAY SUBSTITUTE FISH) VEGGIES OR SALAD AND 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT OR JUICE
At any meal eat until you are full do not eliminate anything from the diet especially do not skip bacon or salads it's the combination of foods that burn fat grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process
do not eat between meals the diet eliminates sugars and starches with are lipids and form fat. Fat does not form fat
do not eat desserts breads and white veggies or sweet potatoes. you may double or triple your servings of meat salads or veggies the more you eat the more weight you will lose.
you CAN lose 10 punds in 10 days there will be no weight losss the first 4 days however on the 5th day you will lose 5 pounds after that you will lose 1 1/2 pounds every 2 days untill you are where you want to be. all soft drinks need to be diet and caffeine free you may not eat white onions potatoes or celery.

The average doctor gets only 2-3 hours of nutrition education in their whole training. Im not sure how much you can rely on them for nutirtion advice. I agree with the people below me who think the diet is bull. it completely depends on what you were eating before and how much you are cutting back on.

The only way I can see someone losing weight on that is if they work out hours and hourse, are extremely overweight, and/or they eat more calories than that on a regular basis. Other than that it seems too much of a fad diet.

ok, no offense but that sounds like the craziest fad diet i've ever heard of. hey, but maybe it worked for you. good job. also, you're supposed to eat about every 4 hours so that requires having at least one snack a day.
