Ht. ..., Wt. ... - I have a bit of a problem. I am doin wel wiv ma diet but i hav a sleepova on friday nite, ther wil b loads of food an i wont b able to resist it. Cos once ive broken my diet i just binge. Ma mates dont kno im dietin though an i dont know want then 2 kno.I dont know what to 2 tel them when im not eatin anyfing or how to resist!!

well eating healthy isnt really considered a diet. just say im eating healthy now, i dont want n e more jnk food. and all of my friends no i am eating healthy and they dont care they eat it right along with me =) so dont be ashmed cuz in a few months it will defienently pay off whn you reach your goal instead of hiding it!!!

You could just bring your own diet (carrots, etc.) and say: I like eating more healthy things for my body. Or just eat a small portion of the things you love the most then stop.

or... casually go over and nibble on the pretzles (they are baked not fried) and fo come reason cheesies have a lot less calories that other chips... and just pray that that they have veggies and fruit!!!

Its okay to treat yourself occasionally. Just try to contain what you eat.

take watever you want put it on a plate and make sur they see yoiu and then eat only half of what on there
