Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - hi
sorry about that last post, i accidently pushed the wrong button. Anyway, i'm new to thils. I bout The Diet forTeenagers Only, and this was one of the reccomended sites. I've been overweight all of my life, but it started bothering me in 6th grade, and extremely bothering me in 7th. I've only had a few people make fun of me, but overall noone does. I have a lot of friends, but it seems like i always lose them. I've cried myself to sleep, and i really really want to diet, and lose like thirty lbs. The diet book i bought is helpful, but seems too difficult to follow. If anyone can help me, please give me advice. or im me at xo nickymarie xo

hey! i know how you feel im 169 and losing!! ive lost about 10 lbs. if you want to lose weight, see if one of your friends will walk or run with you in the morning to get in some exercise. im going to start doing that with the little friends that i have. and ive cried myself to sleep many nights! so dont feel alone! if you want someone to talk to about any problems e-mail me at claireboz@comcast.net

its perfectly ok at least you got onto it as soon as you could in 4th grade i noticed i was overwieght well anyways you needs tip ok 1.sodas no no only drink one a day at the max 2 excercise is key anything that you do needs to be done for half an hour unless its a mile 3. eat only half of your food 4. you may want a diet book and put everything you eat and how many calories they are 5 try to limit your calorie in take to 1200.
