Ht. 5'6", Wt. 165 - hi,
for excercise....i'm following this like 20-30 mintue workout in this book i bought. But wat about endurance? if i were to run, how much or how long should i run. Also, is there nething else i could do besides running?

You could walk or jog. And then work up to running.
