Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey guys lets see what you think about how i did today.
Well to start out i didn't have any breakfast because i woke up at 11:00 to some guy cleaning our carpets. I then had like a fruit snack for i guess lunch because i wasn't hungry and that was 100 cal. Next for i gues a bit of a snack i had a fat free fudgesicle 70 cal && like 5 bing cherries. And to top it off for dinner I had half of a cheeseburger no bun and like 15 french fries.
I didn't have any excercize today but i thought it was okay because I didn't eat that much. I was too busy to think about food and I think i'll try that more often.

french fries??GOTTA GO. those are one of the top 10 most FATTENING foods ever!!! no more! and the 1/2 burger, good job. more water and exercise and ull b on ur way =)!

My name is Claire and I'm 169 lbs. I read your message and i thought you didn't eat enough. You see, if you don't eat full meals then your body goes into starvation mode. Your body feels like its not getting enough food so it tries to save as much fat as it can, so to kick start your metabolism and keep losing the weight, eat a hearty healthy breakfast and eat full meals!

Try not to skip a meal (on purpose). My mom says if you do that (I used to do it all the time) your body stores more fat because it thinks it going into staving mode and so it need to store more food. Other than that I think you are doing great!
