Ht. 5'3, Wt. 186 - hi my name is lorenda and i have just discovered that i weigh 186. this is the biggest i have ever been in my life. i just want the quickest way to lose weight. im to ashamed to let anyone see me run because i feel so big. i would really apprciate any who has any great ideals because im very desperate. my email acount is lorendamariee@yahoo.com

i feel the same way, but youn know what? juss think if u do it u wont ever feel that way again! and im 13 and i weight 2 more lbs than u! so today i ran with my dog up and down the block. it was great and i drank 4 glasses of water. juss exercise, jog, walk, get in any exercise u can, like walking up steps instead of the elevator. try and participate in any physical activity and try classes at gyms where ull c that ur not the only big person in the world. or try the classes on FitTV. I do those after school and on the weekends and im really toning up! if u have any other ?'s or advice u can email me @ malatomami57@aol.com

a good way to lose weight is to run everyday...or even just every other day. You have no reason to feel ashamed or embarrassed if other people see you run. It just means that your trying to get fit, and they're lazy :D I weigh around 165...and i'm planning to start running everyday, and you should too.....and drop your calorie intake to like i would say..1500 or 1600.....hope that helped! good luck!
