Ht. 6, Wt. too much - Okay so today i am really going to start my diet!! i am on weight watcher and i am really going to drink a lot of water and exercise. i just get nervous because i can never stick to it for more than a month. any tips for self control or if u have ever been on weight watchers?
Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 06/16/06 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx drink alot of water so u fill up your stomach so ur not so hungry, chew gum, bruish your teeth at night so u dont have a craving, and when u crave things like a chocolate bar, buy a sample at like CVS or someplace!!! so u can styill enjoy those 5 bites but not get the punishment of a WHOLE candy bar. and when u crave other things do somthing to keep your mind off of it. cravings usually go away within 15 minutes so keep busy and drink water until then. n e more ?'s just reply
