Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145-150 G:120 - OK, yesterday I didn't do so hot---I had cereal for breakfast then for lunch pizza (I know, not good) and then for supper my family got fast food I sould have got a salad but I ate a hamburger, fries and ice cream, no soda. But, today I think I've done a little better I had toast and a peach for breakfast, for lunch I think I'll have a apple and peach and for supper maybe a lite salad. What do you think?

I agree with Ally; you need more than just fruit for lunch. You don't want to eat too little, because then everything will just backfire. Anyways, good luck. :)

i think yesterday was ok just eat better the rest of the week and u need to eat more than that because then u will starve urself
