Ht. 5, Wt. 178 or more - im going to leave you all a tip, what i have been doing to
keep my calories low is, CUT SODA COMPLETELY OUT! do you know how many calories a day you waste on soda, or if you like dont
eat alot you could like have one a day or something but this is just my opinion
and i know that it is time for summer and stuff and all that
good fruit like canalope or watermelon is out and really
ripe, so just dont add ALOT of salt, or any at all its really
good for your heart and it doesnt really have that many calories so if anyone has any advice for me please leave it

I heard that if u drink 1 cup of water 30 min befor a meal and then drink another one with the meal and then drink 1 30min after the meal you will lose weight and stay full so u do not need a snack in the next 2hrs.It is a great thing to do.( My grandfathers friend did that and lost 70lbs)it is cool...bye...bailee
