Ht. 5'5, Wt. 178 - Hey it is me again anyways here is a tip for all.JUMP ROPEING is really good for u if u jump rope for at least 10min a day that will really tone your body and u will lose lots of weight.JUST TRY IT WHAT DO U HAVE TO LOSE EXCEPT FAT !!!!!
And drink lots of water when u do it. =) B)
