Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - okay so id really like to lose alot of weight this summer . and the thing is i know what to do i know what to eat what not to eat what to do for exersises how long and i have a bunch of equipment . the problem is i just dont do it , i have no self control and i just eat so much , or no motivation i just dont know what my problem is ,like i see skinny girls and a bunch of clothes i would love to fit into but it still doesnt motivate me even though it should i just dont know. if anybody knows how i could make my self more confident in losing weight or get motivation could you please reply . thank you so much . ♥ chelsea

I had the same problem for a long time. There is such a thing as not the right time to diet. A lot of times you can't just make yourself do it. Make a list of reasons you want to lose weight (essential and frivolous) and see if that motivates you. Or find a buddy to work out with

Omg that is just like me I swear.
I'm always like yeah i want to eat good today and excercize, I end of eating all think junk and not excercizing.
And then one day I've realized if you like don't go in the kitchen or look in the cabinet and don;t think about food. It it so much easier. So now Ive been trying to do it. hopefully it will work. But yeah try that and try to keep yourself busy with something.
